We feel that it is very important to take care of your smile and general oral health. We appreciate your trust in us to help you achieve your goals. We will work with you to help you decide what is best and right for you and your smile. The first step towards this goal is the New Patient Exam.

Our Location

We are conveniently located in central King George County, 1.2 miles west on route 3 from Route 206. Our office is easily accessed and visible from state route 3. It is on a quiet side street in the Cleveland Manor subdivision and has easy access to the parking lot area. When coming from Fredericksburg area, we are on your right approximately 15 miles from the Ferry Farm Wal-mart.

Our Hours and Appointments

We strive to have a convenient schedule with varied hours in order to accommodate our patients. Each appointment is made in order to reserve your special time with the dentist. If you need to change your reservation, we will be happy to find a more convenient time for you. This requires at least 1 business day’s notice. If you do not show up for your reserved time, you may be charged at a rate of $80.00/ hour. Your dental care is important to us, as well as the dental care of all of our other patients.

Insurance and Payment

As a courtesy to you, we will gladly complete and file any dental insurance forms for you. Dental insurance, unlike medical insurance, is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs of dental care. We will attempt to determine, to the best of our knowledge, the allowable benefits of your policy. When insurance companies require a predetermination of benefits before treatment is started, we will submit to the insurance company a treatment plan with charges so that you will be completely informed of your coverage.

We emphasize that as dental care providers, our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. While the filing of insurance claims is a courtesy we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility. We do not participate in any HMO’s. We are a participating provider for some Delta Dental plans. Please call if you have questions pertaining to your insurance.
